Embroidery Pattern Positioning (PR1055X)

It is very important that the embroidery pattern is placed in the correct position of the garment. And that's not always easy if you've never worked with an embroidery machine before... However, with the PR1055X this is a piece of cake. The built-in camera helps to place the pattern exactly where it needs to be embroidered, all in real time!

Laser positioning cross for perfect placement (PR680W)

With the largest illuminated positioning cross (available on the market), it becomes clear exactly where the needles will land. As a result, the embroidery pattern always ends up exactly in the right place. Position and align the embroidery patterns easily and accurately, thanks to Brother's unique positioning function. This will automatically adjust the angle and direction of the embroidery pattern.
The exact placement is adjustable from nine reference points: the center, four corners and four midpoints of the sidelines.

LED pointer for positioning

Use the built-in LED pointer on the PR670E and VR embroidery machines to start embroidering exactly where you want it. The LED pointer shows exactly where the needle will land. Another handy feature that we've specially designed to help you get embroidery patterns exactly where they need to be.

Extra features that take your business to the next level:

• Variable speed: 400 to 1000 stitches per minute

  Select the best embroidery speed for the project, or choose different speeds for different needles for specialty threads.

• Connect up to 10 PR1055X and PR680W embroidery machines via a wireless network (WLAN)

  With PE‑Design 11 embroidery software (optionally available) it is possible to control up to 10 machines from a single PC to increase productivity.
  Send designs to multiple machines. Queue name changes using the new name entry feature. Ideal for making personalized items such as team shirts.

• Automatic embroidery frame recognition

  Recognizes the attached embroidery frame and displays its contents directly on the screen.
